I have a pioneer reciever and the reciever stopped working. I returned it to Powermove provided a receipt and due to a shortage of parts they replaced the reciever. Pioneer is a premium product with the associated premium support and service. I would highly recommend this company and any products they support. I purchased an item (Klipsch SXT portable speakers) that has since been discontinued. I had a query about the possible use of the item, and emailed Powermove - the distributor.
