I haven't had a massage here and that is mainly because the booking service is poor. I don't understand why it shows all times are available and then you are asked to submit an enquiry for that time and wait for someone to contact you to tell you that the time you asked for is not available. In the time it took to wait, I could have booked somewhere else. There are much better booking services available that will automatically blank out times once they are booked. Also, don't tell me you're busy because the borders have opened up, they're not open yet and even if they were it's not an excuse for a poor booking system.

Completely blown away by the professionalism of this Spa. From the moment we called, Sarah made sure we were looked after. My masseuse Remi was amazing I cannot speak highly enough of the experience my Mum and I had here 100% recommend!

The girls here are amazing! Hands down the best place on the gold coast to get a treatment, I have been 4 times now, with 4 different ladies and they were all brilliant - could not fault them. I highly recommend trying to get in early and starting off with a relax in stream room too.

Have been here before a few times and couldn't wait to come back. It had probably been a year and everything was just as amazing as it always was. It was mum's birthday today and we were both greeted by such a wonderful staff member (sorry, I forgot the name). She was so professional and such high standard service! Both our treatments were fantastic and the whole experience is just the best. Best on the Gold Coast!
