Q1 Resort & Spa

The apartment was not well looked after. The lock on one of the bathroom doors was broken and would not lock. There was one window in each of the bedrooms that was not fully sealed so you could hear the outside noise and air would be coming through. The beds in the guest bedroom were extremely uncomfortable and we did not have a good nights sleep the whole trip. Staff were not very helpful, they did try to fix the issues but were unsuccsessful. Considering that this is supposed to be a resort and spa and the price that we paid, my family and i will not be staying here again.

First and last time staying here, the room was old and budget for the price we paid. There was rubbish that someone left here which sat outside the lift door the whole time. We asked for some more shampoo and conditioner on Saturday morning, were told it were coming straight up, it is now Sunday morning the day of checkout and still nothing. For a place named as a resort and spa it surely does not live up to its name, this will be the first and last time here.

Great location, big spacious rooms with ocean views, friendly staff and service, nice pool for little kids. Already booked again to visit again.

Hopeless management can't refund bond it's been months useless thief's

I don't recommend this hotel. We haven't received our bond back. Been 3 weeks after check out and still waiting. Don't stay here. Your not going to get your bond back.
