Everything about this place was incredible. My partner and I were holidaying in the hinterlands and silly enough we tried to book a massage last minute. We looked on Groupon and thought a package deal at this day spa sounded amazing and well priced for how long it went and what you got. Unfortunately it said it was all booked up, but my partner tried his luck and rang the spa. They were able to somehow fit us in for a couples package later that day, which we were over the moon about. The lady (Suki I think) told us to ring her on arrival so she could direct us to parking. We arrived a little early, she got us free underground parking, and although early, they got us started on the foot spa and consultation. They asked us questions spa's don't normally take you through, to get an understanding of what kind of massage/experience you want. We got selected a staff member to perform the massage, and mine was by far the best massage I've ever had. I think I had a European lady, and she was just so calm and gentle, made the massage that much more zen. After the massage we were due a milk bath with an alcoholic beverage. At no fault of their own, the hot water had run out so our bath was delayed. This was no inconvenience to my partner or I, as we jumped back into the foot spa and raved on about our massage. While we did this, the staff were running around boiling kettles and getting hot water elsewhere, Suki even called a friend from one of the higher floors asking to come down and help. He was literally running. We felt so bad. Not long after the baths were ready and they gave me an extra large glass of wine, and were so apologetic, but me and my partner were unphased. The milk bath was amazing, highly recommended as it made my skin feel so soft. At the end we got a cheese platter and peach tea. We realised the package had gone for almost 4 hours, instead of 2.5, and they had gone over their closing time. We felt so bad for this so ate quickly. And they also gave us 10% off the fee due to the delay, which was so nice. So we basically got a cheaper fee for more time. Suki then walked us to our car and let us out. Have never had better service nor a better massage, will definitely be coming back to this spa one day. Highly recommend!! ❤

I came here for a remedial massage several weeks ago and I was extremely impressed by the friendly service, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful aesthetic decorations and most importantly the massage itself. My therapist was extremely skilled and professional and I could not recommend it highly enough. I will definitely be returning.

Amazing 2.5 hour package with a friend. Facilities are very old and dated, not great but the massage was exceptional, came away feeling amazing and satisfied and relaxed. Well done

I called one day in advance to book a 2.5hr treatment for my birthday. The ladies at the spa were so kind and accomodating under short notice. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the lovely, professional staff who remembered my birthday and even upgraded my treatment. The experience was heavenly and worth every penny. I left so relaxed and, frankly, questioning why I don't visit this spa more often! 5/5 for me! 🥰🥰🥰

Purchased the 2.5hours package deal from Groupon. Disappointing experience, the staff was polite but in my opinion the massage wasn’t anything special and can’t say it included a full body and head massage. I also had to pay an extra $20 because I was 12weeks pregnant which would have been fine if the massage had a real difference but I feel I just paid to have a massage on my side. We were rushed out the bath and asked to empty it. Not much privacy when you need to shower and change in the same room as your friend. The package included access to the sauna and pool that were in a really poor condition and not very clean.
