Summer Elisabeth Day Spa

I went with my friend and got a 3 hours spa deal. Just like what other reviewers mentioned earlier, you will be asked to fill out a lot of forms which did take a while. Then we had sauna, foot soak, a beverage and one chocolate within our designated 90 minutes treatment. After that, we had a full body massage with a brushed exfoliating and a facial. The while treatment was supposed to be 90 minutes but actually felt like just about 75 minutes. The massage was OK but the facial wasn't great. I would have done better to do it by myself at home. When I left the shop, I still got some scrub left on my face. Also, the scalp massage was not done at all. This was the most disappointed. However, the staffs were very nice and friendly. It's worth the money if you can get discounted price, otherwise better check and confirm before you receive the treatments you booked for.

The services they provide are awesome. If you buy the extras, it cuts into your designated time. Go half an hour early to fill out the forms. I did not get 3 hours of treatment, I filled out forms, got treatment, drove out of the parking lot, made it back to my hotel and I still had 5 minutes spare until my 3 hours was up. They didn't pressurise you to buy extras, or buy their product. It was pleasant, but I'll go somewhere else next time, because a lot of time was wasted where they could have been doing hands on stuff. Plus I didn't actually get 3 hours. What I did get though, was enjoyable. #I can't reply to your reply. I won't email you, I shouldn't have to, the service should have been the full 3 hours. It was my only complaint. The rest was positive feedback. Although, you could recommend customers come early to fill out paperwork with your very detailed text messages you send out. You tell them everything else.

Had the most amazing experience here today. The staff are lovely, my massage and facial were amazing and the little extras were a nice bonus. Will definitely be back and highly recommend :)

Amazing massage & facial. Fran was great! Will definitely be back. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the wait time before my treatment, other than that was a great experience.
