We had a wonderful couple’s massage during a weekend appointment here and could not recommend it enough for anyone looking for the best massage around! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming - and we felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we stepped through the door. I opted for a recovery/deep tissue massage and my therapist delivered exactly what I was after - checking in with me occasionally to see if the Pressure is alright. Endota Spa franchise never ceases to exceed expectations, and Coolangatta was no exception. Will definitely return to Endota at our next opportunity - thanks to Anita and the Coolangatta team for a wonderful experience :)

Love coming here ! Friendly lovely girls- such a clean , calm , beautiful space ... When I was pregnant I had the pregnancy pamper package which was SOOOO NICE and have had few beautiful facials here over the years .

Booked in for a 45min pedicure on my child free day to enjoy some ME time as a mum of three little ones. My therapist actually cut my skin whilst performing the treatment, it is still sore today, I made sure i took photos. She said sorry when she did it, but did not address the issue at all. I was given an eye pillow during the treatment, but after the treatment my vision was blurry for an hour or two (perhaps essential oils through the eye pillow, probably needed to put some tissues or a clean towel over eyes before placing. I told both my therapist and front reception this, it didnt seem a concern. The nail polish job was poor, I had polish over my skin. I called Endota up when i got home as I was almost embarrassed by the treatment and at $75 for such an unpleasant experience, I really should have refused to pay, but I was out of sorts as I could not see properly. The lovely lady at the reception apologised and said it's feedback and she will get the owner to call me today. No call. Not a happy customer, and this is all it takes for poor word of mouth about a business. I was so excited to treat myself and though Endota would be a bliss experience, far from it. I wish I had spent my money and time elsewhere and feel scarred now from having a pedicure in the near future 🙈

When making my appointment for a 2.5 hour pamper package I specifically requested a senior therapist as I wanted somebody with considerable experience. On arrival, I was surprised to find that my therapist was a young girl with a couple of years of experience under her belt and she was in fact their senior therapist. The treatment? Okay. Would I go back? No. I guess I had an expectation that from a high end brand such as Endota, my treatment would be mind blowing bliss instead of just okay. There are better spas in Coolangatta and Kirra to be had.
