AMAZING!!!!!! I cannot recommend them enough, so relaxing. I bought the Bali package for my partner and I, had the best massage I have had in years. They say its a mini-facial, its bigger and better then some advertised as a normal facial. Best part is the service, I told them it was both of our birthdays the following weekend.... They came out with champagne, cupcakes and got everyone singing happy birthday. None of this was planned all just done out of the good of the girls. And for that reason I'll be buying everyone spa days for Christmas.

The best looking spa in Gold Coast we went to so far. The masseuses are quite professional but seem to started their career as a massage. The main downside which made us give this rating is due to the rudeness of reception. We have booked in for 1.5 hour Wat Pho Thai Traditional Massage. When we arrived the reception asked us to sit down and gave us some sparkling beverage before massage. We felt that it was a bit strange that we were not given the paper to indicate our preferred pressure and areas to concentrate on. However, the masseuses followed our previous instructions which was a great touch. We felt quite strange that the massage was moving a bit too fast and we finished just under 1 hour of massage. When spoken to the receptionist she said that we were actually booked in for 1 hour and said that we should have checked the booking before coming in and gave us the price of $90 for 1 hour instead of $120 for 1.5 hours which is a higher rate than we originally planned for. We asked to pay for the same rate of $40 an hour which she acted dissapointed in and flicked an eftpos at us and after the payment didnt even apologise or said goodbye to us. Even though it was their mistake of booking a wrong massage, we felt as though it was our fault. We were contacted by the owner who listened to our explanation of what happened and said that she will speak to the receptionist to hear her side of the story. We really want to come back and suggest that you do not rely on the phone call and book online.

Since the first time I walked in, I know this would be the best place to relax and get a professional massage. When you walk in, you get greeted by the lovely staff and free drinks on arrival. Before every massage you get complimentary foot massage with scrub. Rooms are new and we'll fitted with the very comfortable tables and fresh towels. You also get to choose six different types of massage oils free if charge. No wonder why this place is being voted number one massage spa on the Gold Coast.

Booked my Girlfriend in for the 24K Gold diva Package and she couldn't stop raving about it. This is what she had to say! From the moment i stepped into the beautiful salon i was beautifully welcomed with a glass of bubbly. my Therapist Nana was amazing. Very professional and her massage technique was the best massage I have ever had. I felt like i was in a beautiful trance for a full hour. My facial was amazing, i definitely have clearer skin since having that beautiful gold on my skin. I will definitely be a regular client. Thank you Lan Spa for spoiling my inner Diva.

My husband and I went in today for a remedial massage. All staff were friendly and courteous. Nikki and Amanda were excellent. The best massage we have both ever had. Strong pressure and focused on problem areas. We would definitely recommend to anyone and we will be back.
