I had such a great time here, the staff were warm and helpful. I felt welcome and there was a very welcoming vibe that made you want to just be there. The magnesium pools were amazing to do firstly and then did the compression massage. We left feeling rejuvenated and uber relaxed. Looking forward to another visit.

Customer service is 5 stars staff super friendly. The sauna and pools were just what this tired body needed. Booking another session was super easy and I got the time that's suitable for me so thank you P3 see you tomorrow

Enjoying my recovery sessions in the hot and cold magnesium pools. Has really been helping a lot with my post surgery foot and leg rehabilitation.

Great friendly staff and well kept clean and well priced. And a good mix of people of varying ages and fitness levels I didn't feel out of place. Suffering 3 bulged discs in lower back with sciatica pain down leg. Staff recommended giving the Sauna as well as the hot/cold pools a try. The pools worked really well .Walked out feeling better than I have felt in months. Will definately be back again.
