The staff were well informed and very helpful.nThirdly they posted a part that they didn’t have in stock out to me free of charge. finally I managed to lose a small part to the camera in a few days. They sourced a spare and posted that out free of charge.nnA+ for customer service.

Videocraft is awesome. The biggest factors are their customer service and very competitive prices. I never have had to complain about anything, the gear is always impeccable and the delivery sercvice is prompt and efficient. To me they are a great reference in the industry and I rely on them for my video and photography productions. I shall keep using them. Thank you.

Have never had a bad experience ordering with Videocraft. Good prices, quick shipping and usually pretty well stocked when you need something asap. I've only ever dealt with their staff via the online chat but they've always proved to be extremely helpful and polite.
