Paid $90 for servicing of one speaker that was one year out of warranty.nnWas told it would take two weeks.nnWaited a month for a phone call to come in and pick it up.nnI arrived at the store to be told they couldn’t fix the issue but still I had to be charged.nnI’ve taken it home and now the speaker doesn’t receive any power to it.nnI have tried calling 5 times in a week and no one answers the phones.nnI’ll be following it up further.

Staff are really friendly and offer outstanding customer service. Recently bought a guitar set, and they helped me with what I needed. I will definitely come back again, despite living far from this DJ city place.
