Dr Bockxmeer surprised us yesterday, it was refreshing to meet a doctor enthusiastic and passionate about their job. He examined my unwell son thoroughly, was very informative and was fantastic to deal with. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

Dr Femi is by far the best GP I have found in over 30 years. Genuine, caring and a excellent bedside manner. I saw the one GP for 20 years. And it took another 30 years to find another with whom I have complete trust in my health and well-being. GREAT PRACTICE.

Dr Femi is the most thoughtful, comprehensive and most attentive to detail. He actually cares about you and you aren’t a number to him. He gets to the bottom of your issues and keeps at it to male sure you’re healthy. Cannot fault him.

It was our first time visiting this medical centre today 7/12/20. My partner and I had taken our son for his 4 months vaccines. We had Rowena looking after us who was so helpful giving our son his needles. There was then a doctor who I was not able to get the name of who brought in another child who was coughing. Given current times with COVID-19 I thought people showing symptoms of COVID-19 are required to isolate from other people to prevent the spread of the virus. While Rowena was explaining the important information about after care we were then rudely interrupted by that same doctor who said to Rowena “Leave that patient and worry about this other patient”. The doctor created a really awkward situation that could have been avoided. Although we had great service from Rowena we will not be attending this medical centre again because of the unprofessional behaviour shown by the doctor.

Five star plus for professionalism, attention to detail, caring, follow ups and determination to get to the very bottom of a problem. At 77 years of age I’ve never before received anything close to the level of care I get from Dr Femi, 45 minutes of my initial appointment just getting my history - unheard of anywhere else I’ve ever been - a barrage of blood tests, more and more tests, X-ray etc etc until every single outpoint found was traced to its root cause and handlings put in place, not just medications which I hate having to take even though necessary, but diet and life style too. Never any sense of urgency or rush even if we’ve been running late, I don’t mind the occasional waiting as I know if necessary I get extra time too. My many questions are answered so I fully understand where my body is at and can be at Cause over the conditions that have shown up, I’m actually doing better than I have been since years, l feel like I’m in maintenance mode rather than feeling not quite right much of the time.
