Officeworks Traralgon

In November 2020, I bought a comfortable office chair to use at home. After doing online research, I found the one I liked and went to buy it.nI had to assemble it at home but couldn't get the arms to tighten tightly enough. I rang and explained the problem and they asked me to come in and they would replace it. NOTE*** I don't drive so had to go there and back multiple times by taxi. I got the new chair home and it was good.nnThen came the gas problem. Each time I sat down, the gas went right to the bottom. I rang again and they said bring it in and they would replace it. I did so and we tested it out and it seemed fine. However, after a short time it again sank down to the bottom.nnI rang the store yet again, asking for Josh as he was the manager I had been dealing with. We discussed replacing the chair with a different one. I made a comment about the taxi fares. We chose a new chair and he delivered it himself.nnThis time, it seems fine. The chair is better quality with 15 year warranty, and he reimbursed part of my taxi fare too.nnI understand things can go wrong, even more than once, but Josh went out of his way to make me a happy customer.nnI can't recommend them enough for whatever you might need. 5/5 in my book!

12.01.2021 l went to the Traralgon Officeworks store trying to purchase school items from my kist when Emma approached me and asked if l needed assistance. Emma not only assisted me with finding the correct items she further assisted me with the list in hand. My sincere thanks and appreciated goes to Emma who went out of her way to help me with kindness, respect and professionalism. Thank you Emma you made my day so much brighter. Highly recommended Ruth

Had to return a faulty printer. Staff went well above and beyond to help out. Thanks guys!

Went in to have a small A5 book printed. They were quiet so were able to print pretty quickly. What they didn't bother to mention before printing was that my file (which was sized to A5 so my program said) wasn't sized correctly and cut all the edges off my pages. Total waste as not useable for me like this. Still charged full price as it was my fault? With barely any customers you think they could have said something first instead of wasting there time and my money.

3rd time driving 90km round trip to pick up something was told was instock...only to arrive to be told id made a mistake. Bait advertising at its finest. Not going back to this store, complete waste of time.
