ZERO star for Dr. Michael Jacoub and this place. He does not listen and has no idea what he is talking about. I explained to him that I need a medical certificate as I need to travel to Indonesia and he asks me to bring him a letter from department of home affairs then I explain again that this certificate is for immigration department of Indonesia NOT Australia and now he is acting as if I have done something wrong for not being a regular patient of this place and being a walk-in patient. He says he can not make any comment about my health because there is no previous record. I asked this ignorant so called Doctor to do a complete blood test and any other test needed and then write a report based on the test result which he refuses by saying that he is following rules and regulations and I ask him please name the rule that you will contravene by doing what I am asking you and the response is just staring at me. I am not sure about other Doctors but he is the worst I have ever encountered.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Michael Jacoub now for around 3 years and cannot recommend anyone better as a GP. Kind, friendly, professional and a good listener when it comes to my health and the health of my family. My 5 year old hates doctors but Dr. Jacoub with his kindness and ability to listen has won my boy over. We have been attending the practice for approximately 9 years with seeing other GPs and have never had an issue. The ladies at reception are great friendly and willing to help, would recommend this practice to anyone and have to other family members. Thank you Hammond Park family Practice. Keep up the great work.

I came here because no one else was open on a Sunday night. To my surprise at both times coming here I’ve had 2 different doctors who both gave me their time and explained what was potentially wrong and what steps we were going to take. I’ve been out of home for 3 years now and struggled to find a good GP who’s bulk bill and not “in and out” with only few words. I especially appreciate the fact that both times were around 6 and 7:30 at night when most people can’t be bothered with the world. Definitely my go to GP from now on. Reception staff are lovely too.

Dr. Sheryl Halim is one of the best GP's I have come across in the past 10 years. She spends sufficient time with each patient, examining and diagnosing carefully, pressuring all the follow up actions and reports. Highly recommended to people who want to have a regular family doctor.

Booked an appointment for 1:10pm, arrived at the counter at 12:50pm, receptionist said all was good and to sit down, got to 1:30pm another receptionist asked what the booking name was, then told me it was at the other surgery, then had to wait until 1:50pm to see the doctor that I pre booked for 1:10pm.
