My laptop, under Warranty, was repaired quickly and efficiently. The staff, especially Jess and Kiely(?) are very friendly, knowledgeable, and obliging.nI’m impressed by their service.nThanks guys.

Very EFFICIENT and friendly to deal with.nI was put on to them to have my Mac repaired ( 2016 MacBookPro) due to a faulty screen hinge.nI was booked in within 2 hours the same day I requested, served by a professional and friendly staff ( Chloe ) and was told it will take 4 days. ( which is fine by me).nAnd I was informed in about that time and it was fixed perfectly.nChloe delivered the fixed computer to me as efficient and friendly as ever.nThank younnTerry

Fantastic staff & quick turnaround. Upfront about what the cost would be and made sure I was aware of my options. I'm not local to this business but would probably travel just to support them.

Don’t trust this place. They told me my MacBook had $1600 worth of damage to repair and wanted an extra $300 to back up the data on it. I declined and took my MacBook back .. still works perfectly to this day. The only reason this place gets one star is the timely service and friendly front of house staff. Otherwise - I would never take my expensive gadgets here again.
