Supercheap Auto Chullora

Best Auto store by far. Outstanding old fashion service thats rare these days and great atmosphere. Definitely my favourite and highly recommend. Lady manager is very knowledgeable and store always well stocked. They also fitted my globes and wiper blades.

The female manager of this store refused to honour the terms of her store's own price beat guarantee. All kind of excuses were used, despite none of them being a condition of the store's price beat guarantee. I'm quite sure that's illegal!

The store salesperson (I think his name is Jonathan) was enthusiastic and was very helpful in finding the right needs for my car. He was also very helpful and reassuring to other customers that he'll help them after he's finished with me. He was very patient with detailed explanations and I didn't feel like being rushed at all.

Came in about a week ago on Saturday morning to get some parts. The Asian guy was very friendly and helping me and other customers find what we needed. Will definitley come back to this store and reccomend to others because of my great experience :)
