Quite average. I wish they opened at decent times, not everyone can pick up a parcel during work hours. They should be open until 9pm. One common these that I agree with in the low star reviews is that staff are often unfriendly and sour. Not many smiles in there at all.

My delivery went to #18 not #20 as it should have. A card was left with my neighbour. So now I have no choice but to travel to the P.O. Tried contacting the P.O to see if the driver could re-route to Spencer Park or back to mine since its his mistake but the national line is no help, startrack were no help...this is the 4th time a driver has made mistakes with my parcels n there's no way of sorting it out. Not good enough.

My experience was complicated because the network was having problems, and it wasn't the staffs fault at all !. Money put on Load & Go was in transit, so just had to wait until the network was back in action. The next morning all was resolved. They need a better designed Post Office as it is very popular and as the population keeps growing in Albany we don't need anymore bottlenecks, just more space !!!

Aus post need to review their opening hours. 9am to 5pm is opening too late, starting at 07:30-08:00 would be more sensible. And the tiny cramped Sandford rd building needs to be enlarged, its cramped space is making customers cranky.
