Walked into the store to pass some time while the family shopped in town and was greeted by Eric Wake who I ended up having a good old yarn to about guitars and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. While in the store I actually saw them help out a man who had his guitar stolen while busking who came in looking for some help. Definitely come here if you have music needs in Albany as it's by far the best.
Great guys running the store. Ordered a guitar in that had a small fault. Returned it and received a new one within a couple of weeks. The guys sorted me out. Highly recommended. Best music shop in Albany.
Putting it plainly absolutely bloody fantastic
I came into the store just to browse and Eric Wake was very friendly and was not pushy at all, we had a good conversation and one of his salespeople people showed me a new type of guitar that had just come out and I was genuinely interested.nnI was encouraged to play to test it out and I enjoyed playing for quite some time without interruption.nnI was complimented for my playing and I left feeling great about myself, the staff and the shop. I have been back several times since and will be doing business with Eric and his team.
I took my sewing machine for a service and was finished nice and early the next day as we had about 2 hours drive back home
