Great and very quick service...30 mins to complete my business.nnMuch better than the Telstra Shop (by about 1000%) 50 meters up the road, that has very poor customer service, if you get served at all.
2 and a half hours at a telstra shop in Perth for a dead phone - nothing.n5mins with Sophie at AudioCom - fixed.
The staff are friendly and know their stuff. They take time to talk things through, get you the best deal and enter everything quickly. I arrived home to an email saying my order had gone through. They are great and actually give a damn about their customers. I highly recommend them.
