Wouldn’t even give these guys 1 star. It takes forever to get any response from them, and not helpful at all. Have had a worker’s compensation claim going now for 15 months and they refuse to pay for any surgery, even though they have accepted my claim. Will not listen to my surgeon and are just hoping I will go away if they make me wait. Would never use these guys.

Too bad if the Policy Holder passed away in the meantime because can’t get help with Paperwork with can't get passed the select Menu with that department. Even worse when the Family members tis terminally ill as my Father In Law is! MMMnnEnded up having to call 13 15 51 number where I got excellent service here.

Worst customer service experience, you guys need to train your staff a little better. The guy I was on the phone to was an absolute flog. Wasn’t helpful and had such a bad attitude.

Extremely untrustworthy and incompetent staff. An assessment officer estimated a small dent in the rear bumber to cost over $6000 to repair. Outrageous and unrealistic, any other insurance company would be better than Zurich, who have already earned a poor reputation. Expect to be highly disappointed.
