I'd just like to say a huge thank you to your staff member Anita who I spoke to on the phone today. I explained my daughter had just told me she had lost her charger to her school lap top. I had been quoted between $70 and $100 to replace it new by other suppliers. Which I couldn't afford!nShe said she could order me one for $45.00 but it may take 2 to 3 weeks, She realised I needed it sooner and then took the trouble to see if they had a spare one on site. She sourced an adaptor which she only charged me $40.00 for and told me where I could get a cord for only $9.00 very close by.nJust wanted to say I really appreciated her taking that extra step. It has saved me not only money but allot of grief.nGreat example of excellent customer service.
