I starting using these guys as my Business is just across the road. Terrible Customer Service, asked for some simple Account and Mobile things and never get back to me or returned my phone calls. Will find a new centre, even though I will have to travel to get there....
Never met such friendly staff in my life. Excellent service which exceeded anything I could imagine, I spoke with Alexander and he was great, super friendly and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !
My experience with Telstra Business was really amazing. Their team is truly appreciable, as they ask if the internet is working smoothly or is having a trouble after the installation process. Which very few companies do. Thank you for such an amazing service.

Used Sam Smith from TBC Osborne Park to 'upgrade' my system to NBN. I advised them that there was a mistake in their documentation (leaving old numbers in the upgrade), but they did nothing to sort it out. Sam promised to resolve any issues that I may have after the first bill arrived, but has just left me to try and sort out their mistakes. The whole experience has been quite unpleasant.
