Some staff here pretend to know about phones and other electronic items. I would understand if they are not aware or don't have knowledge, but to give someone false information is absolutely wrong.nnNicole on the other hand who assists in Photos/ Copying section is great. Always polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Highly helpful. Well done and keep it up.nGreat customer care skills.

Bought a mouse last week but decided to return later and changed to another mouse. The staff, Kay, is very friendly and patient. He helped me done the refund then done the price match of the other mouse.nFeel treated with respect, good experience.

Worst customer service possible.nnI was offered a “display” model as I got a competitor's online price matched, which I accepted. Unfortunately, someone put the wrong device inside the correct box. Once I showed up two days later, instead of an apology for their incompetence, I got a long face from the manager as to why is the price so different…nnPeople do not value their jobs. Will try to buy from elsewhere next time.

I’m a first year architecture student and came in printing a portfolio for the first time with a couple of requests that I wasn’t sure of their viability. Fred was at the printing desk and helped me out a little bit with the format and didn’t batter an eye at any of the things I needed. Really helpful service and great willingness to help out.
