I attended the HBF office in Mandurah to sort out some issues I had with my health insurance. The young woman who served me was Katrina and she was Professional, Responsive and Caring and sorted out all the issues I had. Thankyou Katrina, I felt I had to make this posting as you are a credit to HBF and yourself. You made my day a little brighter. Thankyou again.

Service applied incorrect by this branch, avoid if you can.nI have since left the country and notified them in person of all details required, however the new month has rolled over and they still charged me my premium instead of placing membership on hold as discussed in the Mandurah Branch.nUnimpressed.nI am sure it can be reimbursed but after speaking with 2 different ladies they assured me the job was done correct... wasn't done at all, as per my bank statement!
