Newish store, had what I wanted and at a good price. Friendly staff. But then again it is a JB's shop they do it well.
I barely ever go to jbhifi but when I do it is a pleasant experience. The staff are always there if you need them and always willing to help. Prices on certain things can be quite steep but thankfully they finally have afterpay, meaning that all those things that you wanted you might be able to actually afford (If you are not in a comfortable financial position please don't be swayed by afterpay)
Usually I have very nice time when I am here but today was particularly interesting. I enter the store not even two minutes upon my enterance I am told to leave I dont understand what I did wrong. I assume that a younger security guard came up to me very politely asked me to leave and didnt even give me a reason.... I just sad now and it completely ruined my mood...
Bought phone from here, the staff were exceptional, had been to another store jb hi fi in Greenfields and their service was non existent so lovely to see a retailer that actually cared about their customers, will definately go back again
Fantastic service up to speed knowledge of what they are selling honest and up front all round great experience
