Ordered a 3090 with them (in stock) 2 weeks ago, no updates or whatsoever. Have to call in to ask about what my current order status.nnApparently have some problem with PayPal as my name I used a nickname. Never once they've call about anything that happen, I'll have to call and ask for update, and only they told me about that problem.nAfter 1 week when everything settled, says that it has been posted. Asked for tracking number, Robert says Daniel is the one responsible and he's not in. Waited 2 days later and call, and Daniel says Robert is the one doing online ordering and stuff, and he's not in, and will return call when Robert is back. I called PayPal if PayPal received the tracking number, PayPal says no tracking number received.nnThen I filed a dispute with PayPal, saying that I want the item, if they cant provide me the item I'll want my money back. And they say they'd have to halt the shipping because I filed a dispute with PayPal, which they will be at disadvantage (I might get my item and the refund). They could've just provide the tracking number so I can cancel the dispute, but they doesn't want to provide as a prove they've actually shipped.nnAfter a week I've finally got my refund back.nnMiss out all other opportunities to buy a GPU thanks to you Peel Computers. Feels like they are unwilling to sell me that GPU. Maybe because I bought it cheap and price went up that's why.nnVery bad service.nnCalled in and ask about question, and they says they'll call back. NEVER ONCE did they ever call me back. I'll have to keep on calling them to check on the status.nNot responding to any email at all
