Dr David Gill

Dr Gill did a shoulder reconstruction for me 2 years ago. Today I freely use my shoulder as if no reconstruction had taken place. I kept the sling on and did the exercises and have never felt so good for many years. He is a really nice man who ensured that I was well Informed about the operation and post operative care. I believe team speak volumes for the general attitude of a business. The team member I had interaction with today (as a member of the public parking unaware in the carpark of this practice to attend an appointment next door) was abrupt, abrasive and simply lacking in human empathy and kindness. A review to me is only ever in order when an experience is either exceptional enough to praise it publicly or poor enough to warrant the feedback. Today my experience with a team member was a very poor reflection of the business she represented. A simple conversation and human kindness would have done the trick. A team member shouting down the front steps of their practice then combatively approaching / speaking to an unaware member of the public is rarely necessary or called for under any circumstances.
