A lovely clean atmosphere. Friendly staff and easy to get an appointment. Most services are bulk billed. Inhighly recommend this place for great service ud83dudc4d

I had an invasive procedure and was so impressed- the technician was very kind and he put me at ease immediately, no pain at all throughout - highly recommend!

Good that you didn't have to pay but due to be operated on tomorrow and my surgeon still hasn't received my scans.... Had to ring and get it sent off. When I had my scan i asked the technician on the day for it to be fast tract as it was urgent. Not happy.

If you don’t mind waiting for what seems like an eternity for some simple scan results then knock yourself out.nPersonally I will never allow myself to be referred to what appears to be the slowest moving medical service on the planet again.nPretty disappointed with my doctor too and will be letting them know

Absolutely useless. First they misplaced my paper work between ultrasound and Xray so I waited nearly 2 hours to be called before I approached the desk to see what was the holdup as I was the only one left there and technicians already left for lunch. Receptionists too busy chatting to each other to notice I was still waiting. First the receptionist queried who I was and if I had an appointment then when I told her I had the ultrasound and was waiting for my Xray she realized she made a mistake so she lied to my face that Xray machine broke down and needed to be rebooted and would be ready in about 20 minutes , which just happened to be the time the technicians returned from lunch. When asked the technician she did not know anything about any issues with machine or any required reboot. Then 2 weeks later I went to see my GP which turned out to be a waste of time because the results were never received by GP. When he called them to be emailed to him they were apparently not done yet. Unfortunately even 1 star is too much for them. They may be bulk billing but so are other imaging companies nearby and never had any issues with them handling paperwork and results were always sent promptly on the same or next day.
