Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Halls Head

Very unhappy with the service, picked up new glasses for distance and reading, the readers were fine, but yet again the distance glasses gave me headaches and eye strain, this had also happened before, went for another eye test and was told there was only a slight change from my previous glasses, I call rubbish on this, the manager there came into the opticians room, and said this optician has done five years at uni she knows what she is doing, I said I an sure she does but it doesn't change the fact that I can't wear the glasses, they are going to change the script but it was under pressure, even though they tell you there is a three month warranty believe me they don't like you bringing them back. The rudest manager , completely different to the old one, and when this is fixed I am never ever going back there again.....

I read other comments about good service. I did not receive the service you all mentioned. I had to take my glasses x3 for Repairs. The last time an are fell off so they replaced it with a different non matching one. Ended up going to Mandurah Spec Savers who graciously replace both arms so that they matched. Horrible service. My daughter went there as well and got the same horrible service. Drops for diabetes were put in her eyes. She couldn't see properly afterwards, which they warned her about. The kicker is, they told her to pick some glasses without any assistance when she couldnt even see. I am left to believe our poor service was because we are black.

Unbeatable service.nCalled in with a broken frame. Unfortunately my driving glassesnso unable to do without. The retailer inspected the break and replaced a fiddly hinge on the spot (15 mins). Quoted $40 in the Hills where I live and possibly 2 or 3 days to fix. Charged nothing at all by Specsavers in Halls Head. This is the way to build a customer base and earn an excellent reputation in the process. Not only that, the gentleman demonstrated concern for the customer and retail excellence.

Very impressed with Mr Karl the optometrist lovely caring manner and very professional competent support staff so glad i made the change.
