Very friendly, understanding,nShowed us exactly what we're were having done, and what was required.nStaff exceptionally friendly, patient,professional,helpful and fitted me in a day after getting out of hospital from an emergency situation. Dr Gregg Eloundou is an amazing Dr. Went in expecting the usual push back but he was utterly surprising, knowledgeable, empathetic, straight up & has a great sense of humor. As a surgeon AMAZING I have never come out of a surgery as well as I have from his work. I wish he was my Dr for everything.

Drove my friend to her appointment as she is due in 2 weeks. Her appointment was at 3pm. Two hours later I am still waiting & she hasn't even been seen yet.nnLast appointment it 90 minute wait.nnWhat would happen if we turned up that late to an appointment? Total lack of consideration & respect of others time.nnWould NEVER recommend this practice to anyone.

We are so grateful to have found a family Dr that has been fantastic to deal with. It’s so hard to find one that suits our large family and Dr Hay is the best! The whole practice is full of wonderful people all very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

A comfortable and safe place to enjoy, plan and take care of your pregnancy. I felt listened to and looked after the whole time during my appointment. My midwife Marlene and Dr Kell were understanding and made sure I was heard. Felt better coming away than I did going in.
