Inconsistent. Sometimes unprofessional sometimes not. Sometimes about a money grab a quick in and out sometimes not. Medical staff and doctors should be medical staff and doctors 100% of the time.

Terrible service by the two receptionist tonight. My nine year old daughter had cut her knee open and the chemist next door advised she needs to see a doctor. The reception staff wouldn’t even check with the doctor it if he/she could see her just flat out refused. Surely it’s not the receptionists decision on what’s a medical emergency a doctor should of been consulted first before making us leave. If I could 0* I would!

Used to be ok. Now they won't even answer the phone.

Have been going to this practice just after dr Sammy started. Like most of complaints can never get a dr. Doesn't have to be Sammy but anyone. I have observed receptionists ignoring calls and continuing on with there chit chat while waiting at desk. We Tryed to get an appointment on Saturday March 6. Was told no appointments. My husband has a bad chest and needed a script. Asked for a phone consult which normally is no more then 10seconds. Receptionist answer was that we should try to find another dr. Sadly we will. Covid has nothing to do with it.

Please fire your receptionists and get new ones. Worst service ever and if you read the rest of the recent reviews you would know that already.
