Reception staff are so rude, unhelpful & shouldn’t be working anywhere near people needing care. Kalamunda ones especially, even the admin, just horrible.Doctors are good but being at this practice have to change like wounded bulls. GP urgent care here is absolutely useless, don’t bother. They shouldnt even have it

I have been attending Mead Medical for the past 11+ years and cannot fault their Doctors, Staff, nor their facilities. Mead Medical was recommended to me by a family member, and upon my first visit I knew immediately I had finally found a GP who cared about his patients and went above and beyond to offer the very best of care. Doctor Warren Thyer is my Doctor, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to find a really good Doctor. In my opinion, they don't come any better! I know my Doctor maintains and develops an abundance of knowledge in his field, and as qualified as he is, he never hesitates to organise an outside consult with a specialist if needed. I know he is a genuine and good person who has a kind and caring soul. I know he cares about the health and well-being of his patients! He shows sincere care and concern, and actually listens to and understands his patients! Dr Thyer is your true family Doctor and has always been a great support! He has also been my Children's Doctor since conception and I only trust Mead Medical with their care! I have attended appointments with several other Doctors at this practice over the years, on occassions when my Doctor might have been unavailable, and each and every one of them have been magnificent, however I have found Dr Greg Caddy, Dr James Read, Dr Melissa Marlow and Dr Celia Worth are also exceptional Doctors who are very attentive and proactive. I have noticed a few reviews complaining about the wait time - I rarely have too much of a wait, but on the odd occasion I do - it is worth the wait for any one of these Doctors as you will receive a level of care rarely found at many other practices! Mead Medical also offer clean facilities and helpful, friendly admin and nursing staff! I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for the best medical care!

Staff and doctors are lovely here, however, prepare to wait for your turn as most doctors are running late due to a genuine interest in their patients. They take longer than scheduled time. I normally ring ahead to see how late my doctor is running, receptionist are happy to let you know. Found my perfect doctor, hope she never goes somewhere else. ud83dude01

I'm not surprised this practice has so many 1 star review's, I'm obviously not the only one who has endured a terrible experience, I sawnSandy Braiuka this girl makes zero effort to touch base with her patient, over the course of over two weeks I made 4 attempts to contact her and evey single time was ignored. This place was referred to me so I'll make note to inform that business of my experience and hopefully they'll reassess their opinion

The doctors here are very professional and so nice and helpful. Absolutely love it here.
