The older lady with the grey hair (she never told me her name) was very rude. On two occasions now I've had her and both times she made me feel like I was wasting her time (both times were for very common blood tests). I won't go back there again if I can help it.

Lost my repeat paperwork with an hour wait to first receive the test.

Very slow and the lady is just taking her time (15min) per patient. Better go to Rockingham or if you decide to come here anyway just come early and have lots of patience.

10/18 still extremely slow and an over packed waiting room. Avoid if possible.
