HBF Health Subiaco

We are very disappointed with HBF.nnWe got a quote and received a confirmation email for $2,158.25, but we got charged for $2,329.90. Then they got back to us saying that is the correct price we quoted. Did our eyes deceive ourselves when we saw $2,158.25 on their website??? Or did we receive the confirmation email from another company??? How can they lie in front of black and white evidence. We are so not happy with their dodgy service!!

Too many ways they don't help with health expenses

We recently had a great experience in this branch on Wednesday the 29th January 2020 at around 11am. Being a peak time they were very busy so understandably we had to wait a while to be seen. The staff member behind the reception counter was very friendly and informative regarding wait times and often apologising for the delay. She also offered to get us water and was very accomodating whilst we waited to be seen. We didn't get her name but she acted with complete professionalism, so thank you.

My best friend was in a car accident and because they didn't sent a transfer letter to their new health fund he's in a public hospital instead of a private hospital. Their advice was to call the 133 number which we were on hold for over 30mins and still no answer. Disgraceful. At your time of need and after spending thousands on health cover I'm truly disgusted by their behaviour. They don't care at all.
