Jupiter Health Subiaco GP And Skin Clinic

Visited this center last year and I was very happy with the service. A few weeks back I had another medical center cancel on me last minute and I needed to see the doctor for a flu vaccine before flying out, I called Jupiter Health Subiaco and they were able to get me in on the same day for the vaccine even though they were fully booked after I explained my situation. Lovely staff & clean practice.

I am not a person to usually write reviews but I have seen different doctors on numerous occasions and they are all knowledgeable, the last doctor who was Dr Koh was simply amazing. This is also a bulk billing center with lovely reception staff.

Disgraceful customer service from reception. When the calendar reminder popped up on my phone 30 minutes before my appointment, and despite being off work due to sickness, I was compelled to cancel my appointment out of courtesy, rather than just not show, only for the receptionist to try to explain how she was sure that I could have called earlier. I thought she must have misheard me, so I again explained that I was sick, but no, she insisted that I need to call earlier next time so I said I would do my best to schedule my sickness better in the future and hung up. Then comes this letter. I tried to do the right thing by them, but I'll happily go elsewhere with this kind of reaction. On the positive side, Dr Ivan Lau is fantastic, but not good enough to put up with the hassle from reception when you try to do the righty

Dr Lau is the best! I started to see him because he was the only Dr available on the day I needed to see someone, but after one consultation I decided to transfer my whole family and myself to his care. He is so patient and always ready to listen. Really good with the kids as well. He is now our regular GP

Only recommend seeing Dr Solomon if you can get an appointment but he is often unavailable and cancels appointments regularly. When I have seen Dr Solomon he has been considerate and shows interest and compassion during some difficult times with my physical and mental health.nnI've also seen Dr Lau on a few occasions and have unfortunately been disappointed with his service. I've left feeling like my concerns weren't worth his time on more than one occasion. He has been very inconsiderate sometimes in his remarks and has been difficult to communicate with.
