Dr Oates handled my tonsillectomy at the beginning of 2020. Dr Oates and his lovely receptionist Zsusanna were incredibly friendly and the entire process was made effortless and easy. I needed to get some more pain medication after week one, but the team squeezed me in easily which was good seeing as i was living in Karratha at the time and needed it sorted before i flew home. Very pleased with all of their work.
