Soooo slow. Prepare to wait an hour, even if there’s only 2-3 people ahead of you.

Pathetic. They advertise clearly that they open at 8am. Not true. I just heard medical staff saying that them not being on time isn't unusual.nI have been waiting an hour.nIf they can't get to work on time, makes you wonder how good they are with theirnHealth practices.nSoooo unorganised.

It's part of a GP Practice and is fine.

I went to this clinic for a blood test on Thursday 20/09. My blood test required fasting. As soon as I went inside, the lady that was supposed to do my blood test looked at me from head to toe. She was an asian lady, I don't really know her name. I didn't like the way she looked at me but I thought maybe it's nothing, maybe it's just my impression. Anyway, I set down and she looked at my papers and asked me for my medicare card number. I said I don't have one because I'm not entitled for medicare due to my visa but I've got private health insurance. She looked at me again from head to toe and said: ah! Again, I didn't like the sound of that answer but I decided to let go and don't take it personal. Immediately after that the lady without even reading the type of tests I needed to do, started counting the number of test I had to do and said: it's going to cost $200. I said: ok, that's fine. She turned, looked at me again from head to toe and asked: would you be able to do this payment today? I said: yes, not a problem.nAfter that I started taking my jumper off, to get ready for the test. She stopped me saying: can we do the payment first????nI have done the blood test in Australia a lot of times but I have never, ever been asked to pay before the test was done. Even when you go to a doctor or GP, you first have the consultation and then pay.nI couldn't handle any more. I looked at her and I said: what do you think I can't pay for the test? What difference does it make?nShe didn't know what to say, stopped for a second, looked at me again from head to toe and answered: that's our procedure.nI looked at her and I said: you know what? I'm gonna go somewhere else.nI started walking out and she said: I don't know what difference would that make.nI didn't answer and I left. I decided to go to Subiaco Clinipath Pathology. There was a young girl there, super gentile and polite and I would say very professional. She didn't look at my medicare card at first, she looked at the type of test I had to do and started asking me questions about fasting to find out if I had fasted for enough time. And she told me I had fasted for to long and wasn't a good idea to have the blood test done that day as the results wouldn't have been accurate. So, I didn't.nThe matter here is not the way that lady at the other centre treated me, the matter here is that person has no interest on people's health.nLuckily, I'm healthy and I was doing the blood test only for routine check, but what would happen if somebody is very sick and needs the blood test results to be accurate?nI ended up having my blood test done in Joondalup's Clinipath pathology. The lady there was amazing too and asked me about how many hours i had fasted and things like that. And she asked me to pay only at the end, after the blood test. This means that the procedure is not paying before, as that lady at wembley's clinipath pathology said.
