I have been a patient for many years. Sometimes you are on hold a long time to have phone answered but Dr Setiawan is always cheerful and a good Dr. Today I needed to have my ear wax removed and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Nurse Rebekah also happy and cheerful and cleaned out my ear with no fuss! ud83dude0a

I have been a patient at this practice for many years . My GP is Dr Tadros , he is an excellent Doctor who is very professional , compassionate and supportive . He always gives you time to explain your issues without feeling rushed . The staff are always friendly and professional. And as for complaints about wait time , people need to remember these are doctors who are trying to give the best care and advice they can to their patients and It may just take a little longer than the allocated time for some people .nMy family all use this practice and I always recommend it .

Been going to the practice for over 15 years and my doctor (Dr Bock) is great as to is the staff. I live in the country and still go to them

I would not recommend this practice.nI have never been treated so disrespectfully and felt so uncomfortable as what I was by Doctor Tadros. This was my first visit to the practice as I was hoping to find a new local doctor - and he was offended I came to him to discuss a pre existing (shoulder) issue which i have seen a physio before and he then went on to mention that physios are not professionals.....! Despite my efforts to try to explain the history and past events which lead me to attending the practice he would not let me explain.nI ended up in tears and he told me I had no right to feel upset in that he is the one who should be upset. When I decided to leave he was still raising his voice - which was embarrassing assuming others in the practice could hear.nSafe to say I will not be returning - No one should ever feel the way I did today when visiting a doctors practice.

The practise is fine, however every single time I call I never get an answer from reception. If I do, I am on hold for about half an hour before they answer!
