Abacus Rent IT have been a pleasure to work with. Their prices are competitive, the order process is seamless and the staff are a pleasure to work with and super helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Lily and Don in particular whom I dealt with at the Vic Park office were tremendous help and the pieces we ordered were of great quality and contributed greatly to the overall running of our conference.
After comparing copier companies for months, we decided to switch to Abacus. The service has been great and the Sharp copier hasn’t had a single problem. Least number of headaches I’ve had with a photocopier.
I have used the team at Abacus twice and have always received excellent service and their pricing is very competitive.nnWould recommend using them as a supplier.
Abacus Rent IT were great. They were initially more expensive than the other company we had contacted, but they lived by their word, and beat that quote. Then we had a problem in that we didn't understand it was 'first come, first served' and they didn't have any machines for us. Having expressed our disappointment, they then sourced the nine cash registers we needed, programmed them as requested, delivered and collected the machines on time and kept in touch with us about delivery and collection times. I would certainly recommend Abacus to anyone wanting to hire cash registers. Although we had a problem, they sorted it quickly and were really great to deal with.
Thanks to the help of Don and the Abacus team our RMHC 2015 Ball ran smoothly. The technology they donated for use helped our Silent Auction raise 100K without stress or pressure on our wonderful Volunteers. Thank you again Abacus!
