Went there for a bone density scan last week. I was told that cost will be dependant on my filling in a form to see whether I am eligible for Medicare rebatennJanet who conducted the scan was superb.nnWhen I told her that my Vitamin D level was lower than usual which prompted me to do this scan, she took the added initiative of telling me not to pay the invoice until she is sure that the rebate is no longer available for patients with low Vit DnnI was so pleased with the way she treated us - like real people and over extending herselfnnFull marks to you JanetnnYou are such an asset to SKG Willetton ud83dudc4fud83dudc4fud83dudc4f

I had to come to SKG Willetton after receiving shockingly bad treatment from the Kelmscot branch (said they wouldn’t bulk-bill in an extremely rude/degrading manner). I rang up SKG-Willetton and found the staff to be really lovely and friendly over the phone and said they would bulk-bill the costs. Once I arrived at SKG Willetton, once again the staff were very friendly and courteous at all times with each customer! So were the radiographers - very friendly and courteous. Wait time is very brief and you get the report soon after the session! Thanks guys for doing such an incredible job! Please keep up the good work! ud83dude4f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

Really bad. I had to wait 1 hour for a biopsy. When the nurse called me she said that the doctor didn't WANT to perform a biopsy on me because it wasn't necessary. Therefore, I informed the nurse that in my past referral the doctor wrote IT IS NOW CONCERNING. She said it was a grammatical ERROR and instead the phrase should have been NOT concerning instead NOW concerning.We talking about a TUMOR here. Only after I insisted to have a biopsy done they agreed. When the biopsy was finished the doctor said sorry I AM NOT SURE OF I GOT THE RIGHT TISSUE SAMPLE. Ridiculous. But is not finished here. When I went to pay the lady at the reception apologised because I waited one hour saying sorry I didn't know you were waiting, even if I politely asked numerous time how long I should have to wait. I pay and she said that my Medicare rebate would be in my bank account in two working days. 3 working days today and nothing. The last time I been there for an ultrasound I got the rebate straight away, the same day. Why now in 3 business day is still not in my bank account. Very very bad. Shame on you.

The staff were lovely and considerate with my mum who was in severe pain and required Xrays and a CT. They took the time to ensure that she was able to lie comfortably on her broken back and were happy to change the way that her Xrays were taken to help her be as comfortable as possible. The report was available very quickly.
