They said that I won't have to pay any bills when they got my insurance details. Then they sent me a bill anyway. I had to process the claim myself. Now they are still chasing me even though my insurance company had paid the bill as they can't allocate the ud83dudcb0. What a joke!!!

Poor customer service. Not this specific clinic, but whoever receive the Perth clinical lab phone in the head office.
