Knight Frank Darwin

I made contact with the property mangers on Monday and inspected the property that afternoon. Within 48hrs after various checks and payments I received the keys to our property.nnI found the Knight Frank team in Darwin to be very professional and responsive. Highly recommended.

Not happy that I have to give 1 star as the residential property managers never answer their phones. I feel sorry for the bird who works on phones when you first ring them as she seems to be the only one who is there! DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS MOB!

Very hard to get in contact with when you need them. Barely ever return phone calls and very unhelpful whenever they do. Put in weekly complaints about a broken air conditioner which was never fixed so eventually gave up trying. Put them down as my rental reference to move into a new place and the new real estate company informed me they haven’t returned phone calls or emails even to them to give me a reference so I can get approved for a new property.nVery unhappy, would not recommend ever renting with knight frank.

It would be nice if they returned phone calls. I have left several message with them after the phone rings out and not once have they had the curiosity to make contact.
