Clinipath Pathology Yokine Swan Street

After contacting Clinipath referals over the Clinic in DR 247 at Yokine I recieved confirmation that my request will be sent to the Swan St Clinic.nnI called into the Clinic to ensure the referals were recieved. The staff member said the same thing. 'We dont accept it' i showed her the confirmation email. Was told to check at front counter. Checked and was told nothing was recieved. Then to contract Clinipath directly. This was the doctors receptionist, so it wasnt her fault or issue.nnRang Head Ofice again and told the story and the operator said this was incorrect. Admitted tgere seems to be a recurring issue that kept reappearing of late.nnIt appears that staff willfully give out wrongful information or just plain ignorant of company procedures in order to aviod any change of workload.
