Perth Eyes

My Grandparent's had booked a surgery through this clinic, they drove over 6 hours for their appointment, only to be told by the hospital that they did not have said appointment. The surgery was rescheduled, however vital information about fasting etc. was never passed on, so the whole procedure could not be done. They've now had to book in for another appointment in a couple of months time. The clinic administration clearly needs to evaluate their processes.
