Incompetent staff that do not know their own conpany procedures or the services the clinic is required to do.nnToday I attended to ask what email address or the procedure for an electronic referral from my doctor. The person told me 'that we dont do that'. Contacted Clinipath switchboard and was told they do. The information was wrong. Gave me an email address to send it.nnThis is not tbe first time the clinic has given misleading information .nPreviously for another pathology referral 'you have to go to Morely' Gave me the address. Tirned out that clicic did not dnnNow these are people aledged trained to take body fluid samples yet do not know the policies and procedures of the company.o that testing, 'the other one in Morely does it'

Did a test, cost me 75 bucks. Did the exact same test again 3 weeks later, charged me 127 bucks. Just confused and ripped off :(

It says they are open Saturday 8am...but ice called few times and they are not open!

Extremely poor service. Advertised to open at 8.00am but employees only turn up at 8.05am to open the doors. Then they take an extremely long time to serve each customer. Certainly will not be returning.
