Excellent service from Nathalie, Christine, Tahlia. I got detailed explanations and kind service which is exactly what I needed (always a bit stressful to get your eyes tested when you're heavily myopic). Christine is the sweetest practitioner, empathetic and attentive and delivers great care. Thanks to this great team.

Very rude staff. He was a middle aged guy. Try to dupe and make money of something covered by medicare. I cannot believe how much lies I heard. I confirmed by calling other stores. None of the things he told stand correct. Go to any other Specsavers. Not this one..

I recently Went to see Yokine Specsavers and the Staff were All friendly Except for Ian when i had my contact lens Appointment. All my Glasses fittings were great and they were great on timing. However when i sat with Ian he was Condescending and laughed at me during my lens fitting.nI find this rude as i wouldn't laugh at someone misfortune when having a fitting. I'm a manager in my professional work and i wouldn't accept this behavior from any of my staff.nWhen i went to make an appointment on a Thursday evening and they booked this for me, i was told they don't have any lens professionals there on a Thursday, so why book me an appointment. Also told they couldn't see me in a room to assist with the fitting (refer screenshot below). I believe they just didn't want to help. Ian is the only person I can fault here and the behavior is terrible.
