Rude. Unfriendly. Can never find parcels. Hate going on there.

I don't like to place negative reviews but this service doesn't deserve 1 star. If you had any other choice you would take it. The mail service and government mandated services here are terrible. If you need passports, verification, express service just do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Don't expect them to answer their phone or update any closed or open hours either. It just won't happen. The line up is usually out the door but I guess that is just a sign that everyone else is held ransom by Australia post to this venue.

This is one of the worse post offices I have went to.nCustomer service - rude mannerism, no welcome or warm greeting.nNot helpful with services requested.nIt isn’t a pleasant environment to enter into.nTravel 10mins further just to avoid this post office.

So disrespectful. I can’t imagine treating your customers like this. Didn’t come here by choice and won’t do so again. Avoid them.
