Kind, efficient service. Allowed me to stay 10min past close to finish my customs declarations so I could get parcels off overseas

I called 10times over 2 hours and the line was always busy. I finally got through and started asking my inquiry, and then she straight away put me on a hold to 'serve other customers', kept me there for 48min until I arrived to the post office. There was no customer. She excused herself saying there were customers all these times and the last one just left. No wonder why the line is always busy and never gets through. Worst service.

I visit this post office 2-3 times a week for our business affairs and have never had a bad experience. In fact this lovely team led by Kim go above and beyond to help customers out. So patient and helpful. Highly recommend the South Fremantle store.

A delightful place to conduct my business. With so many local and overseas articles (and sometimes heavy) to be sent every month and with ample parking right in front of the post office, this is such a convenient location. The staff are ever so helpful.

Always friendly, helpful and very efficient. The two lovely ladies that are always there are so so sweet! I'm grateful for your kindness!nnI saw a few comments about them not answering the phone. Even though I never had this problem (had to call only twice but they answered fairly quickly), I'd do like to comment on that - I'm there nearly everyday for business activities, they're always so busy! I'm actually surprise that they have time to do anything else but serve the customers in the queue. I think a bad review based on this regard is unfair :( I encourage these people who rated them this low to visit the store. You'll see why they might not be able to answer the phone every time it rings, hopefully then you'll be empathetic enough to understand....
