My laptop died whilst I was doing an on-line course. Took it in 2.30pm on Monday and although they couldn't repair it, they had me into a replacement laptop with all the latest Microsoft Office, as well as all the data from the old laptop transferred - all by 10.30am the next day (Tuesday). Ben DeSilva at BenTech has gained my respect and I can now say I will look no further when trying to find any sort of solution for my computer. I raced down to BenTech on Friday arvo desperate to recover a lost file I had accidentally deleted. Ben told me straight away this could become a slightly expensive fix as it would take them a good while to try and find it. The weekend went ahead and I got a call from Ben on Monday telling me he did not manage to find the file, apologetically. But the point being here is that this company could have decided to profit from my sheer despair and did not. Ben waved the fee and advised me on what course of action to take. I am forever grateful to what has become more and more a rare find: a good Samaritan running a very important local business.nThanks again guys you are legends!
These guys are just the BEST- they are polite, friendly, courteous, respectful and extremely efficient. Their prices are very reasonable and they are experts in this field. Trustworthy, competent and honest, you cannot expect anything better :). Thanks Bentech for being so helpful.

I wasn't overly impressed with the serviced I received, however I got a call from the manager and they seem very eager to rectify the issue.nThey asked to get right onto the problem when it is convenient for me.nnI am very happy to receive the call, it showed to me they care do about the customers outcome, not just making money.
