Absolutely wonderful customer service for the repair of my Marine Binoculars. Craig chased the makers up for a repair and eventually got them to send a brand new set at no charge, and got them delivered for free as well. Thanks Craig, outstanding work.
Great service and advise and then a great job done. Had old movies on VHF and reel, and small tapes changed to digital. Also stock cameras and lenses
Never get your film developed here. Every time I get my film developed here there is one problem after another with my film coming back looking terrible. While I do admit my camera isn't great the damage on the film is due to issues with developing. I don't know if they are using really old chemicals or what but it completely rendered my film useless. The customer service is also terrible with the exception of the one lady who served me recently. The staff are rude and don't know how to treat customers. They don't look like they want to be there. I reccomend going to digi-direct in Cannington to get your film developed the staff are fantastic and I've never had a problem with my film.
