DON'T TRUST THEM. Read this before purchasing from ego360.com. I purchased a ego360 speaker for my grandsons 16th birthday online 1/10/20 but didn't received an email order confirmation or information of when I can expect to receive it which is very unusual. I sent them 3 emails requesting this information but no response. I make many online purchases from other companies and have never experienced this, I always receive an email confirmation within 5 minutes of purchase. I finally called them on the mobile number provided on their website only to be told that they have sold out, this person gave me another mobile number. I called her and she told me that I will receive a refund on Monday 5/10/20. I didn't receive my refund so I called her number but it didn't even ring which suggests I have been blocked. I sent her a sms but no reply. My case is now in the hands of PayPal who escalated it. Ego360 should not have taken my money if they sold out. I now have to wait until they refund me and as a pensioner I can't afford to purchase elsewhere until I'm refunded. My grandson may not get a gift from me this year which breaks my heart. I finally received my refund today 16/10/20 thanks to PayPal escalating my case and demanding my refund from ego360. To this day I have not been contacted by ego360. Appalling behavior on their part.

Pathetic after-sales service! Their earbuds do not work with Netflix or other video programs. The owner promised to find a solution but never bothered to return phone-calls. Posts on Facebook are deleted without comment. When asking for a refund I was just given the run around. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM!

The measure of any retailer is how they deal with customers post purchase.nnI had a minor problem with a purchase of the EGO-360 MANTRA Bluetooth speaker. As a measure of customer centric behaviour these guys are benchmarking. I explained the problem I was experiencing, they advised they had received a small number of reuturns with similar issue and had already commissioned a fix. They provided me with a replacement speaker and at not time did they try and blame the operator or the problem..... Refreshing
